4:00 – 7:00 pm: Enjoy the Facilities

  • Enjoy the use of our facilities, including paddleboats, stand up paddleboards, canoes,and float raft.
  • Visit the Man Cave to try the TRX, gym equipment, pole or punching bag.
  • Warm up by a fire, meet and mingle with the other ladies here for a good time!
  • Bring and cook your own dinner in your cottage or enjoy the food offered in the Villageof Restoule at the “Crowsnest”, Royal Canadian Legion or Rocketchip Fries.

     

    7:00 pm – 7:45 pm: Lakefront Zumba® Fitness with Lauriein the beach volleyball area or Man Cave in case of rain

    Dance like no one is watching. Barefoot or with shoes.

    8:00 pm – midnight – Alter Ego Social
    near the main dock or Man Cave in case of rain

    Dress up as someone else ~ your alter ego for the night. It could be anyone (a movie star, someone you know, or someone you’ve created), but you should have a name and a character different from your own. So put on your best acting skills, and make us believe that is truly who you are! Prizes for the best persona.

    11:00 pm Late Night Lazer Light Dance Party in the Man CaveThere’s a reason it’s called Wild Women’s Workout Weekend!

Saturday September 15

8:00 am – 10:00 am: Breakfast at the main house

Continental Breakfast

9:30 am: Bootcamp with Jared (Maplehill Health and Fitness)

meet near the office rain or shine

Challenge yourself in the great outdoors!

11:00 am: Pound Fitness with Krystelle
on the main dock and floating dock or in Man Cave in case of rain

Sweat, Sculpt & ROCK with POUND.

Experience the energizing fun of drumming and

full body cardio jam session. Bring your mat.

12:00 pm – Lunch
Vegan faire catered by Griffin’s Goodness

 

1:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Wild for Water Activities at the main dock

Kayaking, Canoeing, Fishing, Boating, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, or a little of each

In case of Rain:

  • Hot tub / Sauna; Nail Art Station; Arts & Crafts; Rockband; Ping Pong and Gamesavailable at the main house and in the Hanger
  • Fitness and Fun in the Man Cave
  • Fire Tower Hike at Restoule Provincial Park6:00 – Dinner
    Homemade Pasta, garlic bread & salad

    8:00 pm – Karaoke Dance Party with Julie
    near the main dock / fire pit or Man Cave in case of rain

Kangoo Jumps offer a fun filled, low impact workout with high impact benefits. So much

fun and a great workout too!

11:00am – Yoga with Alison
at the main dock or in the Man Cave in case of rain

Relax and unwind with yoga on the dock

12:00 pm – Lunch
Sub and Sandwich Bar (eat in or take to go)

1:00 pm – check out. Please feel free to stay and enjoy the facilities for the day.

Accommodation

Additional Information

Cottages are fully equipped including bathrooms, warm showers, kitchen supplies, etc. BBQ’s available with each cottage. Please refer to www.cedargrovecamp.com/cottage-listings for more information on cottage amenities. Please bring your own linens for the beds, as they are not provided. Cottages can be heated by wood stove if necessary. Other general information is also available on the Cedar Grove Camp website.

Spa Services

Pedicures are available, but must be booked in advance. Please call or email Laurie prior to the event.

Pedi’s by Donna – on Commanda Lake at RayDon (boat service may be available)

A quaint cottage atmosphere with a beautiful view and experienced aesthetician

$40 / pedicure (takes 1.5 hours)

Saturday Breakfast

Continental breakfast including coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, granola, cereal, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs.

Payment

I am now collecting payment in full. Please send an e-transfer for your balance.  Send e-transfers tovacation@cedargrovecamp.com by Friday Sept. 7th.

If you would like to pay by credit card, please email or call me to make arrangements (705- 729-2030).

In the event you can’t make it, deposits are non-refundable unless you are able to find someone to fill your spot.
