Adventure reservations are confirmed upon payment. Please use the contact us form to book your adventure or rental prior to checking out or providing payment.
Some adventures will require a minimum number of participants. Adventures may not be scheduled until the minimum number of participants is met. In case of cancellation, you will be notified and will have the opportunity to book for another time, or receive a full refund. Some adventures may be cancelled due to weather (rain or wind). A full refund will be provided if cancellation is due to weather.
If you are travelling from more than 2 hours away, please contact us to find out the status of your scheduled adventure.
If you need to cancel your Adventure for any other reason, please contact us. A full refund less $12 administration fee will be provided if a minimum of 8 hours notice is given.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be applied to your method of payment.
A $500.00 security deposit will be required for the stand up paddleboard/kayak, and canoe adventures. Equipment must be returned in good working order. Your deposit may be forfeited if on water rescue is required.
The participant accepts full responsibility for the use of the property and any recreational equipment such as boats and motors, etc. and agree to pay for any damage of said equipment, other than for normal wear and tear.
A valid boater’s license is required for the motorized canoe or boat rentals. A Proof of Competency can be provided by Cedar Grove Camp staff, but Cedar Grove Camp / Restoule Adventures reserves the right to deny the issuance of the license. Life jackets must be on board canoes, kayaks, SUP and boats.
The participant further acknowledges he/she is responsible for ensuring all Boating Regulations are observed, including having required safety equipment in the watercraft, as well as meeting current Operator Competency Requirements.
Alcohol, and smoking are prohibited on board the pontoon boat.
Cedar Grove Camp (Restoule Adventures) reserve the right, without liability, to cancel, delay, shorten, or change the routing of its cruises or cancel an adventure whenever, in it’s judgement, as circumstances warrant.
The participant represents, warrants, acknowledges and agrees he/she will use the property and its facilities, and participate in any activities at his/her own risk and that he/she indemnifies and saves the owners and staff of Cedar Grove Camp / Restoule Adventures harmless from any personal injury, sickness or death, loss or damage, however caused, to person or property of the participant, his/her guests, before during or after the time of adventure.
