What’s a women’s fitness retreat really like?

You might think that a women’s fitness retreat is too intense and only for fitness buffs, but you’re wrong. This one is all about having fun!  This women’s weekend getaway is for ladies of all ages, of any fitness level, and you can do as much or as little as you like. It’s all about a weekend away with your besties.

It hardly feels like exercise when you have a backdrop as nice as this, in Ontario’s cottage country.  Classes including Zumba®, Pound Fitness, Yoga, and Bootcamp are done outdoors with a variety of quality instructors, designed to give you an enjoyable workout experience and a little taste of everything.  Check out this video below of one of the favourites.

And of course everyone loves the Yoga on the dock…always a beautiful relaxing way to unwind in Cottage Country.

 

 

It’s all about spending time with your favourite ladies.  Good times with great company!  Saturday afternoon is spent on the water with kayaks, boat tours, stand up paddle boards or just sitting in the sun.  Of course it’s BYOB and there is plenty of that throughout the weekend if you choose!

women's fitness retreatThere are bonfires with gooey chocolate treats, karaoke, dance parties, and games.  There’s no shortage of fun and it’s all included in this women’s fitness retreat. 

Breakfasts, lunches, and dinner are all included so you won’t have to do a thing.  Saturday’s vegan lunch is catered by a local chef and it’s healthy and delicious.

The package includes two nights accommodations and there are different sized cottages so you are likely to have a private cottage for your group of ladies.

Wild Women’s Workout Weekend is being held September 14-16 in 2018 and the weather is usually fantastic this time of year.  But don’t worry, if it rains you’re covered…literally.  There is an indoor facility for most of the fitness classes, and arts and crafts, and alternate activities will be provided if necessary.

The whole package costs just $269 per person and includes everything (except spa services).  There are limited spots available so you should book right away.  Don’t hesitate to try this women’s fitness retreat.  You might be just a little sore, but you definitely won’t be sorry.
